Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover return shipping if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

Typical timeline: carrier transit to our facility takes 5–10 business days; once received, we process returns in 3–5 business days; your bank then completes the refund in 5–10 business days.

Shipping

We provide dedicated delivery services to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Regional agents purchasing and distributing can contact us for transportation options.

After you place an order, we provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the method selected. Depending on the carrier, estimates may also appear at checkout.

Many shipping rates are weight-based. Item weights appear on product pages, and—per carrier policy—are rounded up to the next full pound.

Underwear Care Instructions & Labelling

To prolong the life of our products, we recommend cold, gentle machine wash with like colours in wash bag. Do not bleach, rub, soak, or wring. Do not tumble dry. Line dry in shade without delay. Do not iron. Do not dry-clean.
